Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's exceptional setting in Plymouth, offering a perfect location that exceeded my expectations considering the rustic surroundings of the area. The service was outstanding, with talents and imagination reflected in every detail, including the fixtures, furnishings, and delightful extras like happy hour and homemade snacks. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, boasting a supremely comfortable king bed with zen pillows. The dining experience was delightful, allowing for casual mingling with other guests and featuring tasty local snacks and a healthy breakfast. However, a shortcoming was the lack of other nearby locations up to the level of this family property.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, and a perfect location for a winery weekend. The dining experience was enjoyable but could have had more options. Overall, a great value for a wonderful experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the rooms; I didn't expect something so nice in such a small town. The extremely comfortable king bed with zen pillows, flat-panel TV, living room with a cozy sofa, another flat-panel TV, desk, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, snack basket, and coffee maker made my stay very comfortable. However, stepping out of the room was equally inviting.
I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary offerings in the room, including water, coffee, and snacks, which is not something I typically find in hotels. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the zen pillows added a nice touch. The living room area with the sofa and additional TV made the stay feel extra cozy. The presence of a desk, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, snack basket, and coffee maker added to the convenience of the room.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed and stocked with complimentary water, coffee, and snacks, making us feel truly pampered. The service was attentive and personable, ensuring we had a great visit. The location is perfect, offering easy access to wineries and the lovely Taste Restaurant. The dining experience was exceptional with fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and quality coffee. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers well-appointed rooms with modern amenities like fresh-baked pastries. The rooms are comfortable, but lack charm. The service is very helpful and accommodating, with extra touches like happy hour and homemade snacks. The location is great for exploring wineries in Plymouth, but the dining experience could be improved with more variety. Overall, a good value for money.
